Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy.
This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Subscriptions

Your Vitalune subscription delivers fresh supply every 4 weeks to support continuous results. There is a 3-delivery commitment, so you can fully experience the benefits over time. After the third delivery has been billed, you are free to cancel anytime. After the initial 3-delivery period, your subscription continues on a 4-week auto-renewal basis, unless you pause or cancel. You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription after the 3-delivery commitment using the link in your order confirmation emails.


Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available.
We may collect no payment or only a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and fulfill the order at a future date — charging the full or remaining payment when the item ships.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still request a full or partial refund according to our Return Policy.


Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a Try Before You Buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.
You will have a certain period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item.

If you choose to return it within that time, you won’t be charged.
Once the trial period has passed, if you have not returned the item, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

90-Day Feel-Good Guarantee
We offer a 90-Day Feel-Good Guarantee on eligible first-time purchases.
To qualify, customers must:
• Use the product consistently for at least 30 days
• Submit the request within 90 days of delivery
• Return all bottles. A maximum of one bottle may be opened

The guarantee applies only to the first order of a product and is limited to one refund per household.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.
